Search teams have found a body in Chatfield Reservoir, three days after someone was reported missing there.

The victim's name had not been released. An autopsy is scheduled, but Douglas County Sheriff's Deputy Ron Hanavan says the death is being treated as an accidental drowning.

The Littleton Fire Department received a 911 call about the missing person Saturday morning.

Teams from the state parks department, Littleton Fire Department, Metro Dive Team and the Douglas and Jefferson county sheriff's departments have been searching since then.

The reservoir is surrounded by Chatfield State Recreation Area at the south end of the Denver area.
