Off-Duty Deputy Fatally Shoots Man In Argument

Denver television news reports say an off-duty Arapahoe County Sheriff's deputy fatally shot a man in Lakewood during an argument.

The encounter began with an argument on Sixth Avenue as the two drivers exited on Indiana Street.

No arrests have been and no charges filed.

The Jefferson County District Attorney's office and the Arapaho sheriff will investigate.

No other details were released.

    It has become a two tier society. The police who are allowed to get away with murder, and the rest of us that pay for their administrative leave. It would not suprise me if we pay for his attorney as well.

    its a cop who shot someone, he will not be charged.
