Peterson Air Force Base To Conduct Fire Training

Peterson Air Force Base fire department will conduct fire training exercises on Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The training will be held at a dedicated fire training center on the west side of the base, near Airport Road and Powers Boulevard. Drivers passing through the area may see the fire or smoke, but should not be alarmed.

Peterson's firefighters are the primary responders for all aircraft and civilian airport emergencies.
