For one group of Springs-area veterans, every day is Veterans Day.
Dick, Floyd, John, Dave, Don, Glenn, Sam and Chris. Eight men, joined together by their military service.
This shared bond spurred the group to make it a point to meet every morning for coffee. For about 15 years, the group--which also includes a 90-year-old World War II veteran who was in the Battle of the Bulge--has met faithfully at the McDonalds on Flintridge and Academy.
The veterans have made fans of employees and customers alike, several who told 11 News that the men "are the best."
