An Article 32 hearing is began Tuesday for a Fort Carson Soldier charged with murder.
Private First Class Jason A. Price is charged in the death of his nephew last November. The Article 32 hearing is equivalent to a civilian grand jury proceeding. It will determine if there is enough evidence for a court martial.
If Price is sent to court martial and found guilty, he could be sentenced to life in prison.
