Airmen at Schriever Air Force Base have started a 40-hour dodgeball marathon in attempt to break a world record.
The current record of 31 continuous hours of dodgeball was set in Albany, NY less than two years ago.
"I know we can do it. Everyone is real supportive, everyone has our backs," Senior Airman Sam Weaver said. "We all know it is for a good cause, for the Air Force Assistance Fund--helping out other airmen."
The game at Schriever began at midnight on March 22 and isn’t scheduled to end until 4:01 p.m. on March 23.
