The Air Force Academy says an airman will be in court Thursday, facing charges of sexual misconduct.
The Academy says Airman 1st Class Justin Burback is charged with one specification of sexual assault against a female enlisted airman. The hearing is scheduled for 8 a.m. Burback is not a cadet.
During the hearing, an investigating officer will decide whether to dismiss the case, recommend it go to a general court martial, or dispose of the case through disciplinary action.
