Dems Say Bush's Troop Withdrawal Is Not Enough

President Bush is being criticized by Democrats over his announcement Tuesday that U.S. troop levels in Iraq will remain largely the same until the next president takes over.

Bush has announced he will withdraw 8,000 combat and support troops by February.

Bush says the enemy in Iraq is still dangerous, but Iraqi forces are becoming increasingly capable.

Democrats have shot back, saying Bush isn't doing enough to get troops out of Iraq, and into Afghanistan.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid says he's "stunned" by the move, while House Armed Services Committee Chairman Ike Skelton is calling for "more significant reductions."

There are about 146,000 U.S. troops in Iraq.
