A Fort Carson soldier pleaded guilty Tuesday to Internet luring of a child. Sergeant Gregory A. Sallee, 33, was arrested in Mesa County after police caught him in an online sex sting.
According to authorities, Sallee used chat rooms to arrange meetings with teen girls for sex in both Mesa and Jefferson counties last year.
Sallee was sentenced to 10 years to life on probation, dependent on good behavior. If he violates probation, he could face prison time. Sallee is also required to register as a sex offender.
According to Sallee’s attorney, he will be discharged by the Army.
