11 News has learned the driver accused of causing a deadly crash is back behind bars.
31-year-old Arica Vlach was re-arrested on Friday for reportedly violating the conditions of her bond.
Last summer, State Patrol Troopers say Vlach was driving an SUV on Log Road when she crashed into a minivan headed west on Judge Orr Road.
A mother and child were killed in the crash. According to arrest papers, Vlach admitted to the troopers she had been drinking beer and liquor the night before the crash.
We are working to find out how she allegedly violated her bond.
