Prosecutors have charged a woman accused of killing her husband by running him over with her car after an argument in Westminster.
The Adams County District Attorney's Office said Wednesday that 38-year-old Nancy Jo Arias will face charges of first-degree murder and vehicular homicide for the death of 38-year-old Phillip Anthony Lobato.
Prosecutors allege that Arias ran over Lobato after he hit her in the face several times during an argument in the car early Monday. Police arrested Arias at the scene.
Arias is scheduled in court Thursday morning to be advised of the charges.
