Why The Video Looks Shaky
31 mins ago - We did a quick helicopter tour of the Black Forest burn area. Someone asked why the video looks shaky.
A water main break has been fixed and a residential road is reopened in Colorado Springs.
The water main break was at the intersection Meadowland Boulevard and Goldenrod Drive.
A spokesperson with Springs Utilities says 12 customers were without water for several hours. The water main broke just after 5 a.m. Wednesday.
