Two soldiers assigned to Fort Carson have died as the result of a vehicle accident in Kuwait. The Department of Defense released that information this afternoon.
They died on May 2 in Camp Buehring, Kuwait, of injuries sustained in a vehicle accident. The men were assigned to 4th Battalion, 42nd Field Artillery Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Carson, Colo.
The two soldiers were identified as Spc. Trinidad Santiago, Jr., 25, of San Diego, CA and Pfc. Charles P. McClure, 21, of Stratford, OK.
