Updated: 05/14/2013 - I'm still focused on meeting my goal of doing a pull-up. And I'm almost there! But I'm always getting this question:
Century 16 theatre where the shooting took place.
They want their case to be heard -- and they are willing to fight for the chance.
Two people who witnessed the mass shooting in Aurora say their lawsuit against the theater owner shouldn't be thrown out.
The lawsuit states the owners were aware of previous crimes at the theater and did nothing to prevent the shooting.
The company says it couldn't have foreseen the mass shooting that left 12 people dead and another 70 hurt.
Meanwhile the accused gunman, James Holmes, is scheduled to enter a plea next week on 166 charges related to the shooting.
