Two men were arrested, allegedly caught in the act of siphoning gas from a parked vehicle and putting it into their own.

It happened on the 1500 block of Vapor Trail in Colorado Springs.

Police say they got a call that two men were stealing gas from vehicles parked in the parking lot of the Newport Business Center at 1:45 a.m. Sunday.

The victim told police that this isn't the first time someone has stolen gas from their business vehicles over the past few months.

Sterling Marshall is charged with misdemeanor theft. A second man, Eric Smith, was arrested on an unrelated warrant.
