A teenage driver was killed when he crashed head-on with another car on Highway 94 east of Colorado Springs.

He has been identified as 17-year-old Colby McCarley of Yoder.

Colorado State Patrol troopers tell 11 News McCarley was going east on Highway 94 in a Chrysler and may have been weaving when he crossed the center line into the westbound lanes and hit a Dodge Charger head-on.

The Charger's driver has been identified as Aaron Williams,46, of Colorado Springs. Williams was flown to the hospital with serious injuries, according to State Patrol.

After colliding with the Charger, State Patrol say McCarley's vehicle spun around and hit a GMC Yukon, also in the westbound lanes.

The driver of the Yukon has been identified as Robert Chilleno, 58, of Woodland Park. State Patrol says he was trying to avoid the first crash when he was hit. He was not hurt, according to State Patrol.

The accident is still under investigation, but State Patrol says alcohol and drugs are not suspected.
