Clifford "CJ" Gallery, wanted in connection for shots fired at Officers in and around Castle Rock, Colo.
Police say three people are now in custody after a seven-hour manhunt through a subdivision in Parker, Colo.
Two men had been on the run since just after midnight, when police say the suspects shot at officers and sped away. A third suspect, a woman, was apprehended early on.
Authorities say the situation started when Parker police tried to make contact with a suspicious vehicle near the Taco Bell on Plum Creek Parkway. The suspects allegedly fired at officers and took off, speeding through Castle Rock with police close behind.
When the suspects reached the intersection of Crowfoot Valley Road and Stroh Road, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office says the suspects again fired at officers.
The chase ended when the suspects stopped their vehicle and took off on foot through the Clarke Farms subdivision in Parker, Colo. A reverse 911 was sent out to more than 3,000 residents in the area, who were then temporarily displaced while authorities hunted the area. All have been allowed to go back home.
The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office says one of the suspects is 23-year-old Clifford Galley, who also goes by the name “CJ.” The second man and the woman have not been identified at this time.
