A suspected Colorado gang member and one of the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives has surrendered to the agency.
Edwin Rivera Gracias was added to the list in February of this year.
According to officials with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Gracias voluntarily returned to the United States to face charges after FBI agents working with Salvadoran authorities located him in El Salvador.
Once Gracias, accompanied by FBI Denver agents, landed in Denver he was turned over to local authorities.
He is now charged with first-degree murder and unlawful flight to avoid prosecution for the stabbing death of a family acquaintance nearly two years ago in Jefferson County.
The victim, 69-year-old Richard Limon, had ties to Gracias' girlfriend.
Three other suspects in the murder have already been arrested.
