A man accused of leading Fremont County Deputies and Florence Police on a chase in a stolen four-wheeler is being held on $50,000 bond.
James Cain, 35, is accused of stealing the vehicle and other items from two different addresses in the Florence area.
Officers from the Florence Police Department chased Cain in the stolen vehicle until he ditched it in the Williamsburg area. After that, a foot pursuit ensued and residents in the area were warned with a call from the 911 system.
Eventually, Cain was found and arrested without incident. He is charged with burglary, theft, aggravated motor vehicle theft, driving under revocation, felony eluding and reckless driving.
