A night out on the town turns into a scary situation for patrons of Old School Tavern, when a man there fires a gun in the air following an argument with this ex-wife and her friend.
Police say Isreal Jimenez-Roldan pointed his gun at a man that accompanied his ex-wife to the tavern. Jimenez-Rolden then pointed the gun at his ex-wife, and took her cell phone.
Jimenez-Rolden was arrested by police at the scene, and they say several shell casings were found. No one was hurt in the incident, and Jimenez-Rolden was charged with both domestic and non-domestic crimes.
