A woman is accused of pepper spraying a security guard in order to get away with stolen items from a store in the Citadel Mall.

Springs police say Kianna Artesia Nash, 23, was found later in the mall parking lot and arrested. She allegedly resisted getting into the police car, spit at officers and kicked one of them.

According to the police report all it started when a security guard tried to stop Nash and grab a bag that allegedly had stolen clothing in it as she left Dillard's.

She allegedly still had the stolen items with her when she was arrested.

Nash faces charges for robbery, assault and theft.
