A shooting victim's autistic son has been evicted from his home just days after his mother's death.

A military veteran suffering from PTSD allegedly shot and killed 47-year-old Sandra Roskilly while on a shooting rampage August 16.

Roskilly's mother, also living under Roskilly's roof, was also evicted Monday. The Denver Housing Authority cited federal regulations, as Roskilly was the only one on the lease. DHA issued a statement saying that they had no choice.

Roskilly was found dead inside her Denver home, shot with a rifle. A second woman was found in a nearby home with a gunshot wound to her leg. The relationship between the two women and suspect Daniel Abeyta, 31, is unknown.

Abeyta was wounded after being shot by police.
