A sexually violent predator is once again off the streets after allegedly violating his parole conditions.
Julian Reyes, 53, was arrested Thursday and is currently being held at the Pueblo County Detention Center. This is not Reyes first time to be arrested for parole violation; 11 News reported a parole violation in August 2011.
Reyes has been convicted in the past for sexually assaulting an adult woman. Prior convictions include: first-degree sexual assault, third-degree sexual assault, unlawful sexual contact, criminal mischief, child abuse/neglect, robbery and second-degree trespassing.
Police say Reyes suffers from mental illness, and has been homeless in the past.
