Second Child Dies After Being Left in Car

A relative says a second child has died after being left in a car near Powderhorn Ski resort. This is a story that 11 News has kept you updated on from the begining.

According to the Grand Junction Daily Sentinel, 4-year-old Tyler Jensen of Palisade was removed from life support Monday night.

Authorities say 24-year-old Heather Jensen called authorities a week ago to report her 2-year-old boy William was unconscious and 4-year-old Tyler was barely breathing after she left them alone in her SUV.

William was pronounced dead at the scene, while Tyler taken to Children's Hospital in Denver, where he died.

Authorities say the investigation is continuing.
