A retrial for an Occupy Wall Street sympathizer accused of setting a fire that burned a building under construction in Fort Collins and spread to a residential complex is now scheduled for September.
Benjamin David Gilmore's first trial on charges including arson ended last September with a hung jury.
The Coloradoan reports his second trial initially was to start in February, but after a court hearing this month, it is now set to begin Sept. 16.
The October 2011 fire caused an estimated $10 million in damage.
Prosecutors argued Gilmore's watch was found at the scene, and Gilmore had burns on his hands after the fire. Gilmore argued that had he lost the watch and burned his hands before the fire.
