A small grass fire is out after a park ranger's vehicle started it.

Apparently, two park rangers were pulling over a driver at Lake Pueblo. The passenger in that car took off running into a field. A ranger chased after him and caught him. That ranger left his vehicle running while he was arresting the suspect. The vehicle started a small grass fire. About a quarter of an acre burned and the vehicle was destroyed.

The passenger was arrested on an outstanding warrant. The driver is now facing DUI charges. Their names have not been released.
