Power Restored After Widespread Outage In Cripple Creek

Black Hills Energy says that all power is restored in Cripple Creek.

The company says severe weather and ice on power lines caused problems with a transformer near the El Paso Mine. The company says it replaced equipment to get the power back on.

The outage was reported at 8:06 a.m. Tuesday. Power was resotred at about 10:12 a.m.
