Gregory Sturdivant, accused of kidnapping his 1-year-old son, has been found near Antler's Plaza, which is in the area of Cascade and Colorado Avenue in Colorado Springs.
He was arrested by CSPD and the US Marshals at 10:40 a.m. Thursday. Officials say he will be extradited to Texas to face felony charges related to his son's kidnapping as well as two other warrants for theft and possession of marijuana.
His son, Alecxavian was kidnapped from Corpus Christi, Texas. He was found in the area of Airport and Chelton Wednesday night.
Alecxavian Zapata had been missing since January 12.
A felony warrant was issued for 24-year-old Sturdivant on April 1.
