Two men are dead following a car crash on I-25 at mile marker 13.
On Sunday, officers found a small pick-up truck with heavy damage against a guardrail and the Van Buren bridge, facing south.
Witnesses say the truck veered and left the pavement and continued into a grass area, between the interstate and exit ramp. The vehicle then struck a sign post and become airborne and struck the south side of a concrete bridge abutment.
The Trinidad Police Department says that Justin Callicutt, 20, of Colorado Springs and a 17-year-old boy from Trinidad died in the crash.
Joshua Young, 20, of Trinidad was ejected from the vehicle and is in critical condition at Parkview Hospital in Pueblo.
The accident is under investigation and criminal charges could come down.
