DENVER (AP) -- Authorities say one man is dead after an officer-involved shooting in the Denver suburb of Arvada.
The Denver Post reports police were called early Saturday after a group of people in a car said they were shot at from a vehicle that had been following them after an argument at a Westminster bar.
Police spokeswoman Jill McGranahan says officers spotted the two suspects and eventually followed them down a dead-end road. The officers opened fire when the driver tried to ram them head-on with his car before fleeing.
The suspects' vehicle was found a short time later, and the driver was arrested without incident. The other man was found dead in the passenger seat.
McGranahan says it remains unclear if the officers shot him or if he shot himself.
