Springs police uncovered items from multiple burglaries after spotting a stolen car late Sunday night.

Around 11 p.m., an officer noticed a car with stolen plates in the area of Chestnut and Edwinstowe Avenue, and pulled the driver over. After searching the vehicle, the officer found property from three vehicle burglaries. The car itself was reportedly stolen during a home burglary. Police say they arrested a suspect named Thomas Copeland.

Police then got a search warrant for a motel on West Colorado, where they recovered more stolen items.

Officers now tell KKTV 11 News all the victims have been located.
