A Colorado Springs man jailed on charges alleging he killed someone and tried to kill two other people now faces another charge.
Bruce Nozolino faces a misdemeanor charge of assault on allegations that he punched a fellow inmate at the El Paso County jail on Oct. 31.
He already faced charges including first-degree murder in shootings between 2001 and 2008. Those charges accuse him of killing a man who was shoveling snow outside his home, of shooting into the home of the judge who was presiding over his divorce and of shooting at the house of his ex-wife's attorney.
