Police have identified a motorcycle rider who was seriously injured when a driver allegedly ran a red light in front of him.
Daniel Duffy, 28, is in stable condition in the ICU. Pueblo police originally said Duffy was 67 years old.
The accident happened Wednesday morning.
Witnesses told Pueblo police the driver of the car was traveling west on 13th Street and ran a red light. Duffy was going north on Greenwood and apparently hit the driver's side front of the car.
Duffy was not wearing a helmet, according to police.
Charges against the driver of the car, identified as Karen Cruz, are pending. Police say those charges will depend partly on how serious the rider is injured. The crash is still under investigation.
