One southern Colorado mother is on a mission to catch the man who she says nearly killed her son, and she's using Facebook to do it.
Kimberly Lundy worries about her two-year-old every day. He isn't developing at the rate he should, but his mother is happy he's alive, considering what happened when he was just four-months-old.
"He had two skull fractures and…bleeding in his brain,” Lundy said.
The baby's father Russ William Church was charged with child abuse. He was allowed to move to Colorado, but he didn't show up for a court appearance in September in New Mexico. He's been a wanted man ever since.
"I'm worried that him being out, the cops not knowing where he's at...that he may do this to another woman and especially to another child,” Lundy said.
So she’s taking action, using social media to track down her son’s dad. She has set up a Facebook page to catch Church.
"It seems to get the word out...faster than just telling my friends and family because for two years that just didn't help at all,” Lundy said.
She hopes this page will bring an arrest and some justice for her son.
