A man accused of threatening a Colorado lawmaker sponsoring gun control bills has now been charged.
Franklin Sain was charged today with attempting to influence a public servant and harassment.
He's accused of sending threatening emails, voicemails and a letter he reportedly sent to democratic representative Rhonda Fields of Aurora.
Sain's attorney has said he's being retaliated against for constitutionally protected speech.
