Police are searching for a man who assaulted a person and fired multiple shots at a party in Colorado Springs early Saturday morning.
According to Colorado Springs police, a man showed up at a party at 2810 Downhill Dr. and struck a person with the butt of a shotgun, then fired two shots into two unoccupied cars. The man then fired a shot into the backyard fence of the house where several people were gathered.
Police say no one was hurt in the shooting.
Police believe the man is Hispanic and in his early-to-mid 20s, with a medium build. He was wearing a gray or black sweatshirt and jeans.
