A man was arrested after police say he pulled a gun on a Kmart employee. That employee was a loss prevention officer and approached the man when he thought he might be trying to shoplift.
It happened Sunday morning at the Kmart on Fillmore and Nevada in Colorado Springs.
After the man pulled the gun on the employee he ran away. Police caught him a short time later. Keith Hirschfield, 25, was arrested on an aggravated robbery charge. Police say he tried to steal a couple cans of Progresso soup.
