Rising humidity and plunging temperatures are helped firefighters get a small wildfire in the San Isabel National Forest under control.

Officials believe the small wildfire is under control Saturday afternoon.

The fire started Friday in a remote area of the national forest, north of Beulah at Babcock Hole. It was originally believed to be three acres in size, but was believed to be less than an acre once firefighting crews located the fire.

The fire is not threatening any structures.

The cause of the fire currently unknown.
