Life-Threatening Injuries For Passenger In Alleged DUI Crash

The passenger in an alleged DUI crash is fighting for her life.

The woman was with driver Daniel Boylan, 29, shortly after 1 a.m. Friday when police say Boylan missed a right turn at the intersection of Tejon and the southbound I-25 off-ramp, causing him to crash into a signal support pole.

The passenger was rushed to Memorial Central, where she is currently in intensive care with life-threatening injuries.

Boylan sustained non-life threatening injuries and was also taken to Memorial Central. He was later processed for DUI.
