A large sinkhole on the east side of the Springs has been filled in.
Crews completed the first phase of repairs Monday. They tell us paving work is still to come.
The sinkhole formed after a water main break off Kodiak and Monterey, which is near Circle and Hancock Expressway. Colorado Springs Utilities says they found the problem around 8 p.m. Sunday.
CSU says the pipe is old, and that probably caused the break.
Less than a dozen homes were without water after the break.
