After being kicked out of a Colorado Springs bar for fighting with another man Monday night, one of the two suspects returned to fire a shotgun at the establishment. The other suspect was his driver.
Police say Keenan Miller and Mario Raxon were involved in a fight inside Belles Lounge, which is located at 734 N. 19th St. The victim was hit multiple times and sustained minor injuries before Miller and Raxon were kicked out of the bar.
As they were being escorted out, Miller reportedly announced that he was going to get a weapon. Both men then left the area.
Shortly thereafter, Miller returned and stood across the street with a shotgun. He fired toward the patrons gathered outside the bar, but nobody was hit.
Raxon then drove Miller away in a silver vehicle.
When the duo drove by the bar a second time, officers were on scene investigating and they were arrested. Both men are charged with criminal attempted first degree murder, conspiracy and third degree assault.
