A Colorado Springs man is breathing a sigh of relief now that one of the thieves he caught on surveillance video burglarizing his home is reportedly behind bars.

Police arrested Kyree Howard-Walker and charged him with first-degree burglary and possession of a weapon by a previous offender. He appeared in court Wednesday.

The victim didn't want to be identified because he's still worried for his safety. One of the two men in his surveillance video is still on the loose.

"I think they're gonna get him. If they don't get him I'm going to be out every day flyering, doing what I can, just so that he doesn't hurt somebody," said the victim.

The two men made off with cash, credit cards, and jewelry.

If you know who the second man in the surveillance video is, call police.
