A home was broken into in broad daylight on the southeast side of Colorado Springs.
A 15-year-old girl was home at the time of the robbery, and was taken to the hospital after getting hit over the head. The suspect stole a TV and a handful of other electronics.
The suspect was described as a 17 or 18-year-old Hispanic man, short and thin, wearing an orange ski mask, gray sweater and baggy clothing. He was reportedly carrying a gun.
The break-in took place on 3000 block of Michigan, which is near Airport and Chelton.
