Crooks Break Into Home, Threaten Adults and Children



Suspect Descriptions

Suspect One

  • black man
  • 18 to 25-years-old
  • about 5'2" tall with a medium build
  • short hair
  • wearing a black zippered hoodie, black jeans
  • had a gun.

Suspect Two

  • black man
  • also 18 to 25-years-old
  • about 5'9" tall with a thin build
  • short hair
  • wearing black jeans and a black hoodie

Police are looking for two suspects who allegedly forced their way into a home and used a gun threatened the adults and children inside.

A total of four adults and two children were in the apartment when it happened.

The victims report that the suspects forced two of the adults to lie on the floor while threatening two other people with the gun.

One of the children reportedly ran out of the apartment, and that's when the suspects took off.

It's not clear if they got away with any stolen items.

No one was hurt.

Police searched the area, but didn't find the suspects.

It happened at 6:53 p.m. Saturday on the 100 block of University Drive in Colorado Springs.
