This is another big day in Colorado's gun control debate.
The house will vote on a bill that allows those wanting a concealed weapon permit to complete some educational programs online, but requires some to be taught in person.
It will also consider another bill banning those convicted of certain types of domestic violence from owning a gun.
Both measures have passed the senate.
