On a Red Flag Saturday, multiple agencies responded to a grass fire in Yoder.
Firefighters were able to keep the fire from spreading, containing it to 1/3 of an acre. Crews got it out within 90 minutes, though remain on scene as of 1 p.m. to mop up.
The El Paso County Sheriff's Office says the fire was first reported at 11:20 a.m. Saturday. The fire is on the 4600 block of North Yoder Road, near Big Springs Road.
Tri-County, Peyton and Simla firefighters all responded.
