Why The Video Looks Shaky (Don Ward)

Fountain police say they’re looking for a man who is exposing himself and trying to lure children into his SUV.
The first case was in November 2011. Sgt. Scott Gilbertsen says several cases have happened since then with the latest one just this week.
The suspect is described as a white man between 20 and 30 years old. He’s been seen driving a red or maroon SUV.
Gilbertsen says the man typically approaches younger children between the ages of 7 and 12 in the afternoon and early evening. He's been spotted all throughout the city of Fountain.
Colorado Springs recently made arrests of two men charged with exposing themselves, but Gilbertsen wouldn't comment if those cases are related to the man in Fountain. He does say he is working with detectives in Colorado Springs.
