A southern Colorado youth camp counselor will be in court Thursday morning on allegations of sexual assault on a child.
Arrest papers say 24-year-old Ian Walker asked a young girl, who is from Pueblo, for inappropriate pictures.
Police say Walker and the victim met several years ago when she was about 8 years old. She was attending Beaver Creek Youth Camp in southwestern Colorado, where Walker was a counselor. Arrest papers say that the two had been communicating through text messages over the last few years, and had been sending each other inappropriate pictures.
Police arrested Walker in Alamosa last month, where he is a college student.
Investigators say they don't suspect there are any other victims, but are asking parents to contact them if their child knew the suspect.
