A military fighter jet escorted a United Airlines plane during the final minutes of its flight from Denver to Washington, DC Thursday evening.
Apparently a passenger started praying in the aisles of the Boeing 757 just before 9 p.m. Thursday.
The flight, from Denver International Airport to Washington Dulles International Airport, landed safely 13 minutes earlier than its scheduled 9:10 p.m. time, after the pilot made his announcement.
After the plane landed safely, all the passengers on board were allowed to de plane except for one person.
Police and EMS escorted the man off the plane where he was handcuffed and placed in a police cruiser.
