Northbound I-25 is open again after a deadly accident near the Greenland exit just before noon.

State patrol says the driver of a cement mixer died when the truck rolled over.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation, but State Patrol says truck has "sudden tire failure" on one or two of its tires. The mixer was reportedly carrying a load of cement-water mixture which shifted and caused the truck to roll onto the driver's side.

State Patrol says a water tank and a fuel tank started leaking, causing a minor hazardous materials situation.

Investigators say they don't know if the driver was wearing a seat belt at the time.

The northbound lanes reopened around 5 p.m.

They say alcohol and drugs are not suspected as factors in the crash. Speed is also not considered a factor in the crash.

Northbound I-25 was closed at the County Line Road exit during the accident.
